With over 25 years of experience as a Primary Teacher in Edinburgh, Mallorca and England, Adrienne is passionate about supporting children to thrive. She retrained as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Coach to help children and teenagers build confidence, resilience and emotional well-being. Blue Sky Mindsets was born from a desire to provide tailored 1:1 coaching support, bringing deep understanding of childhood development alongside specialist teaching qualifications.
