About
Beth Newbery-Dunn is a qualified Holistic Grief Coach with a specialist interest in supporting new mothers navigating motherhood without a parent. With over seven years of experience as a paediatric physiotherapist in the NHS, and training as an Infant Massage Instructor through IAIM, she brings a holistic, child-centred, and family-focused perspective to her work. She supports parents who are grieving—whether from parental loss, pregnancy or infant loss, or anticipatory and hidden grief while caring for a baby or young child. Her approach is compassionate, grounded in emotional safety, and tailored to each individual. She helps clients explore emotions, process grief that resurfaces during pregnancy and early motherhood, find meaningful ways to honour loved ones, regulate emotional overwhelm, and develop grounding tools for resilience and emotional awareness.
