About
Caroline Barton is a Nutritional Therapist and Buteyko breathing coach based in Beaconsfield, with over six years' experience. She feels good nutrition does not need to be complicated - no restrictions or weird diets! It's just about finding food you love and a way of eating that fits your lifestyle and works with your body to help you feel really well. You'll make confident food choices that support a healthy weight, better sleep, energy, mood and overall wellbeing. Caroline's approach is holistic and practical, with lots of recipe support and inspiration, keeping you accountable in achieving your health goals. She's trained in nutritional therapy and naturopathy through the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Caroline is also a breathwork coach, trained in the Buteyko method. This is a simple and targeted reset of your breathing patterns, highly effective for asthma, snoring or sleep apnea, calming the nervous system and wider benefits to general wellbeing.
