About
I'm Cata, a certified facilitator of transformational games and an integrative therapist in training. My journey into this work began after becoming a mother, when a period of deep inner change encouraged me to explore myself more honestly and gently. That experience shaped my belief that meaningful support involves the whole person, blending psychology, family systems, somatic practices and spiritual understanding. I offer two main ways of working together. My transformational games are designed to build self-awareness and create moments of reflection, ideal if you're beginning your inner work or prefer a gentle, playful approach. Each game offers a different doorway into understanding your patterns, needs and emotional landscape. I also offer clarity sessions where you explore a specific issue or challenge, moving through pause, expand, focus and doing to gain insight and direction. Across all my work, I draw on four core pillars: psychological safety and understanding; somatic awareness of the body and nervous system; systemic exploration of family dynamics and trans generational influences; and the unseen, honouring belief, meaning, spirituality and intuitive wisdom. My intention is to create a compassionate, grounded and inclusive space where you can reconnect with yourself and explore who you really are.
