About
I’m a HCPC registered dietitian with ten years of NHS experience and an MSc in Dietetics from Kings College London. I provide 1:2:1 online consultations for individuals or couples trying to conceive or who are pregnant. I translate the latest research into simple, practical steps so that you feel informed, empowered and supported. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or rules around food, instead I am passionate about providing personalised advice for you to be able to enjoy food while feeling happy in the knowledge that your body is healthy and primed for conception.
