About
I am a Certified Baby Sleep Consultant, having qualified with distinction as a Sleep Practitioner from the London School of Childcare Studies in 2021. I know from personal experience how transformative good sleep can be: after following a sleep programme for my own son as a baby, I became passionate about helping other families achieve the same success. I work with parents to support their babies in getting the right amount of good quality sleep. Every baby is individual, and every family has different circumstances to consider, so I work closely with parents to create a bespoke solution that everyone feels comfortable with. My role is to provide the advice and knowledge needed to help families get good sleep back into their lives as efficiently as possible. I understand how lonely and daunting sleep deprivation can feel, but it can be sorted. Whether your child is a newborn establishing healthy sleep habits, a baby ready to sleep through the night, or a toddler transitioning to a big bed, I offer tailored support. I am passionate about helping parents and passionate about enabling families to wake up rested and happy, so that everyone in the house can live life to the full.
