About
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and former primary school teacher. I work with adults, teenagers and children experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, phobias, sleep difficulties and life transitions. My approach is practical, collaborative and evidence-based, combining Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy with proven psychological techniques to help clients understand what is keeping them stuck and develop the skills and confidence to move forward and create lasting change. My aim is to help clients become their own therapist and regain the freedom to live life more fully.
