About
I am an a BACP registered integrative counsellor with an established practice in Henley and Reading, serving the surrounding areas of Marlow, Wallingford, Maidenhead, and Windsor. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over 20 years in the corporate sector. I believe challenges are an inevitable part of life, and seeking support is a meaningful way to address them rather than carrying them alone. My approach is shaped by both professional and lived experience. I tailor the work to you, because everyone's journey is shaped differently by their history, relationships, and circumstances.
