About
Sometimes we know what needs to change — but can't seem to shift it. I'm a certified PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Executive Coach & Positive Intelligence® Coach working with people navigating stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, procrastination and life transitions — and the moments when you simply feel stuck but can't quite explain why. What makes my approach different: it goes beyond insight and intention, working directly with the subconscious beliefs that have been quietly running the show — creating lasting change from the inside out.
